THE EXISTING PROPERTY WAS ORIGINALLY BUILD AROUND THE 1980’S.
THESE ORIGINAL SINGLE FRONTEDDOUBLE STOREY TOWNHOUSES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF SOUTH MELBOURNE IN THE CITY OF PORT PHILLIP, WHILE DIFFERENT IN SETBACK, ARE OTHERWISE SIMILAR IN THEIR SCALE AND MATERIALS.
THIS STREET, COMPRISES ORIGINALLY AN ATTACHED ROW OF SIX RENDERED BRICK VENEER DOUBLE STOREY TOWNHOUSES, UNTIL THE EASTERN END WAS DEMOLISHED AND REBUILT IN 2010 WITH IT’S OWN STYLE OF ARCHITECTURE.
